Description | Kenwood's IH100 induction hob plate is a useful addition to small kitchens, as you just plug it into the mains when you need extra room for simmering and boiling when cooking. The IH100 is suitable for pan bases, as its durable vitro ceramic plate lets you cook a large range of dishes, from 12 to 25cm diameters. The Kenwood hob uses a conventional rotary control, with a 120-minute integrated timer. For added piece of mind the IH100 also has pan detection, boil dry protection and auto shut-off. Note: Only use pans suitable for induction hobs. These include: enamelled steel, iron, stainless steel (depending on the alloy) and some aluminium pans with a ferromagnetic base. Glass and copper bases are unsuitable. |
